Phillips Park

Located off of Rifle Range Road, near the intersection of Rifle Range/McCants Drive and Ben Sawyer Boulevard, Phillips Park is a brand new community with three upscale condominiums and 17 lots for single homes. Several of the lots have homes that are occupied, and more are being built.

Resident children attend Whitesides Elementary School, which is scheduled to move to its beautiful, brand new home a little ways further down Rifle Range Road in the spring of 2010, Laing Middle School, which is building a new school at this time and Wando High School.
